Meet Morgan, founder of The Hearth Fairy. Morgan's passion for families and children led her to launch the agency in 2020 during the Covid pandemic. Recognizing the need for domestic help and caregiver support, Morgan became part of the solution. She created The Hearth Fairy to provide essential support and advocacy for caregivers. Committed to nurturing families and supporting those who are focused on heart-centered service, Morgan hopes The Hearth Fairy is more than just a service or agency, but rather a beacon of compassion and love. Morgan’s favorite part about being a fairy is connecting with people and doing what she can to help.

Meet Sarah, a vegan chef who all happens to be obsessed with children!

Sarah’s magical superpower is connecting with people! Living in a world where many people suffer from depression, anxiety and simply feeling worn out, Sarah likes to make people feel seen and valued.

Sarah helps families by being an extra hand of support because it truly does take a village, and she sees herself as part of the village. When she leaves, she always feels like she’s gained a lifelong friend.

Sarah’s favorite part about being a fairy is Morgan. She says, “I absolutely LOVE Morgan and seeing how much she pours into everyone that works for and with her. It is really inspiring!”

Meet Brianna, a fairy who has a passion for helping people of various age groups in a variety of ways. She has several years of experience with adults in the mental health field and as a local youth mentor.

Brianna’s magical superpower is empathy and anticipating the needs of others.

She helps families by being of service to lessen the burden of everyday tasks with organization systems, and believes The Hearth Fairy is beneficial to families because it simplifies the everyday lives of families through a variety of services and caring people.

Brianna’s favorite part about being a fairy is the support and community aspect of the company. She says, “It feels great to be valued not as an employee, but as a person by the leaders within the company and also the families that work with The Hearth Fairy.”

Meet Nairobi who is a former early childhood educator and currently a professional nanny, birth and postpartum doula, and herbalist.

Nairobi’s magical superpower is being a self-proclaimed baby whisperer. They are her absolute favorite!

Nairobi says about The Hearth Fairy, “The Hearth Fairy is a team of wonderful, passionate caregiving and domestic care professionals. They are honest, hard working, dedicated, and provide amazing care. I’m very lucky to be among them.”

The best part of being a fairy for Nairobi is being a part of such a great company! That just so happens to be woman-owned.

Meet Autumn who found her love for children in high school as an intern in a child care center which led her to become a full-time teacher after graduating. She loves the bond she is able to grow with children and seeing the excitement and joy she is able to give them.

Autumn’s magical superpower is being like a child whisper by somehow knowing what a child’s needs are and being able to accommodate them.

Autumn likes to help families by taking the load and stress off of them as much as possible.

Autumn’s favorite part about being a fairy is being able to give love and joy from her heart to others.

Meet Janieria who has been with The Hearth Fairy for 3 years. She has worked with all types of families and adores each and every one.

Janieria’s magic superpower is her willingness to always be there for people when she can.

She helps families by sticking to their routines, maintaining respect between herself and families, as well as fostering trust as she cares for their children. Janieria believes the flexibility of The Hearth Fairy’s fairies and the expansiveness of services provides relief for families.

Janieria’s favorite part about being a fairy is the flexibility it offers as she works a full-time job in higher education. She also enjoys being around happy, smart children and learning from them. She says, “ The company has allowed me to learn about different cultures and ethnicities while being with families.”

Meet Roz, here to help with all your fairy wishes! She has been with The Hearth Fairy for 3 years and counting. Roz says, “I must say, we have one of the best crews around” and all of the families she has had have been absolutely amazing.

Roz’s magical superpower is her superability to listen and her great communication skills.

Roz helps The Hearth Fairy families by going above and beyond for everyone and giving 110% to ensure everyone is happy and satisfied. She aims to make caring for children easier for parents to help relieve some of their stress.

Roz’s favorite part of being a fairy is being able to help families and becoming a part of their family while developing a long- lasting relationship with them.

Meet Lorshae, better known as Shae. Having worked in childcare since 2015, working with children has always been her passion since she was young and she loves helping children and families in any way that she can.

Lorshae’s magical superpower is maintaining peace through any storms that may come.

Lorshae believes that The Hearth Fairy is beneficial to families because we have the best caregivers. Anything we can do to help, we do it. To serve is to love and that’s what The Hearth Fairy provides.

Lorshae’s favorite part about being a fairy is meeting new families. She has met so many amazing families with awesome children.
